If the JV company known as Fastbrick Australia Pty has been opened why would the deal not go ahead? Looking for a genuine opinion as I can't think anything else than that is a clear sign that the deal is done, can anyone please give me some good reason and give me another point of view? can the company meant to be opened as a resoult of the JV been opened for other or no reason?
If the deal is done I would not worry if they need more time to finalise some aspects, maybe no need for an extention? Is it possible they issue a trading halt of one week or so?
