So in my mind the fact that there is now an ABN for Fastbrick Australia Pty Ltd does not equal beyond doubt that the JV is confirmed.
All it means is that Fastbrick Australia Pty Ltd has an ABN and therefore can trade without risk of having 46.5% withheld by whomever they trade with.
