however looking at recent 45 days im going with the deal going through
45 days jv ann
17 mill raised by FBR
ext for 45 more days both companies used FBR announcement to inform market BKW didnt release their own
same day BKW ann raised 3 mill in cash from asset sales on market
the cost of the deal may be more than the loss of the share...
