Why can't they raise a 100 mill fro 25% from the Softbank Vision...

Why can't they raise a 100 mill fro 25% from the Softbank Vision Fund, this can't be any worse then WeWork which got billions. (given most holders are not willing to sell anywhere near the low volume current trading price, a discount is not necessary for a large investment). Also if it goes to a cent I still have a third left to invest, so as long as its profitable maybe 1c will be good for me.


But it is super wrong that investors who invest in the medium term get a worse deal then people who go in at the lower risk post revenue phase. It does not bear well for funding innovation and effects technology/living standards in general.
