Hadrian 5 not being ready till mid 2026 may be an answer to JV not going ahead.Re FBR unable to meet contractual obligations re supply of hadrians , even first 3 .JV would be pointless , what confidence putting down a deposit with FBR for manufacture of hadrians. Must admit very surprised , thought everything was ready to assemble once USA mack hadrian 5 arrived end November 24.Thought USA Mack trucks were the big delay. Hadrian 4 has been 98% complete for 12 months and just now reaching FAT stage . IMO FBR need support from Liebherr to manufacture hadrians to take advantage of any opportunities. The good thing is , it may not be builders don't want hadrians , just FBR incapable of manufacturing hadrians , just a pure R&D company.Hence the IP direction .
