I rang the company secretary about this and he more or less said it was no big deal. I had a serious go at him and said it was very unprofessional. I also challenged him on the fact the company has achieved nothing because from a shareholder perspective the share price is in the bin and the company is not profitable. Also the Memorandums of Understanding are not worth the paper they are written on. The only thing which matters are binding contracts which generate significant revenue. I'm disappointed I missed the AGM. Board needs to be held to account as they have achieved nothing.
