I agree and even if you have late market entries FBR are doing a great job with engaging with major players early. Why would CRH or Brickworks etc entertain anyone else when they’ve been with FBR for a decade? Once the JVs start it’s all over for any competition anyway. One massive thing for me is the timing, it’s just right place right time for FBR, aging populations, buildings industry straining, I think it’s almost a once in a generation opportunity to capitalise on a vast range of factors coming together.
