Given that fact that the FBRKF is thinly traded, about six trades daily amounting in total of less than 100,000 shares, the arbitrage possibility is virtually nonexistent. In order to spread the US$50 surcharge over a large enough position to minimize its impact iwould essentially make me the market. Trying to buy or sell 100,000 share lots would be problematic. Most likely the lot would be split by the market maker to maximize his commission income and an all or none order would never get filled.

Bottom line a US$100 fee for a round trip is more than I can stomach.
