You're on the right track but there is little or not over the phone trading anymore. Everything is listed electronically but price differential do occur due to market anomalies or the interest or lack of interest in a company. FBR has a following in OZ but is unknown in America. I will do some reach on the historical price action and trading volumes on FBRKF.
