I re-find the video on Australia LLC. I think, if my tea leaves are correct, its possible, like in the video says, certain corporations in order to invest in FBR, needs it to be SEC compliant. This might just be a first step. Interesting to note, in order to move to the upper tier, OTCQX, it can't be a penny stock, and that means at least $5USD a share. This might also be why consolidations happens for the OTC ticket. While the ASX shares remains as it is. Interesting times indeed to FBR.
