    Could be a possibility, builders in Perth issue orders to contractors that stipulate what materials they can use on their sites , the products they stipulate does not mean it is of a better quality or even cheaper ! What the builder does get out of it is a rebate for pushing the suppliers materials so it’s a win for the builder and not the contractor ,the only win for the contractor is he gets continuous work for his company and his team ! But in fact the contractor could possibly double his profits using cheaper and better materials outside of what the builder want him to use and in most situations the contractor opts for volume rather than more profit from the materials he can use this way he is insured of continues work for his teams especially if he runs large teams ,CRH would have massive control over smaller builders if this was the case .NFA DYOR .
