CRH imo shot themselves in the foot ! They would have double their block sales in first 2-3 years , sold their blocks to the joint venture at a profit and then got 49%profits back from the JV deals like that don’t come along everyday. What a Kodak moment this is going to be for them if another brick manufacturer signs on .CRH will see that this was the dumbest decision they have ever made ! that of course is if CRH pulled out . The decision by Pulte to go it alone is the wild card imo . CRH would not have liked that at all ! where does Neal sits with all this is still yet to be seen . NFA DYOR
