Pulte seems to pride itself on innovation and incorporating tech. They plan to build 1000s of homes at Babcock Ranch. Sounds like a good fit with FBR. Relationships are important, and maybe FBR staff gelled better with Pulte people than CRH people? We don't know that, and I don't know if FBR could have walked away from the deal? Did they have an escape clause? Appears that FBR was bound to the agreement but CRH could opt in or out.
