the ksa mou and mexico term sheets are 100% buzz words and at this stage 100% carrot dangles and are likely to be a strategy to raise the sp for the purpose of a cap raise. However they are still in play and not the only reason the sp has raised. The 2 waas contracts are happening 100%. Builders are willing to put their reputation on the line and utilise the undeniably amazing technology. If the trend of contracts in western australia continues demand for the waas will require more machines to fill the demand. I look at where fbr were prior to their 1st real world build and where they are now. What are we up to now like our 6th real world build (im starting to lose count) and many more that will be completed by the end if the financial year. I see revenue coming in. I see the sentiment of investors swinging to cautious optimism as information is released to the market and some of the marketing like "currently in discussion with many prominent perth builders" actually turned out to be reality and not just lip service like many on here ( admittedly myself for a brief period) believed. I would say simmering describes the current mood of investors and achievements of fbr. Yes there are many things to weigh up before investing in fbr:

greedy cousins taking massive salaries that dont match current revenue

the ever looming capital raise (these are not always negative, aside from dilution they can actually pump the sp take a look at AZL's recent sp action)

then there is the tech that speaks for itself when in action, what a marvel!

a path to comercialisation, if only in perth currently then that is still a promising head in the right direction.

Im not expecting miracles to happen overnight but these recent announcements have renewed my faith in management for now.

Ive spoken to people on job sites about fbr. Only this week my foreman who is an ex bricky was saying he had been thinking about going back to it because they are making a killing at the moment. He then went onto say how his body wouldnt like it and spoke about how no one wants to do it anymore. This is reason fbr can thrive. He then talked about how many robots have been tried but they will never work. I only have to show him the video of any one of fbrs real world builds to prove him wrong. Its happening right now. Compare fbr with SAM or the 3d printing and ask yourself which robot and method you would prefer.

Yes simmering describes fbr very well at the moment more news flow and positive announcements could easily create a boiling pot. Wait and watch hokey no one asking you to invest a cent so why do you give a f*!k so much
