    my understanding of how the majority of houses are built in victoria and nsw is that they are made of timber or steel frames and only have single brick veneer which is built after the stud wall has been erected. I havent seen the hx build brick walls around stud walls yet, correct me if im wrong. This is why i presume they are not addressesing the eastern market yet.
