This ann was expected, Key statement in this is “once covid19 has passed” covid wont pass until a vaccine is developed, minimum 18 months, could be years... no solid deal speaks volumes to how long everyone will have to wait IMO not to mention why they did the CR.
Expect to wait a long time for binding deals IMO
