I have no idea about bricklaying quality control in Mexico
I have seen many construction sites in Asia and it is chocking sometimes to see the construction sites and quality control.
Might be different in Mexico.
Having said that, Hadrian will build homes to the highest standard and the fastest way possible.
Economies of scale and Hadrian might even be more cost effective. Time will tell
