    I think its time to call things for what they really are. There doesn't need to be a trialled and tested vaccine for a HX to be deployed in Mexico. FBR knows that, GP V knows that... its all just a matter of putting in the correct control measures to mitigate the risk of the virus spreading. The problem is the people that FBR are selling to - governement, general public etc - are broke, purely as a result of the pandemic. There's no guarantee for GP V them to make their money back right now. If this ann called it as it is, FBR would've said once our client has buyers that can afford it, we'll start building.

    In any case I see this as a huge positive. In having a massive construction company give the green light, it validates the tech for all others watching. I'd really like to know how far they are along they are with the big builders in UK, or if WB has this territory on lockdown right now
