Mike's comments on the roadshow on the CR is that the board advised them to do so. To grab some working capital. I'm not sure what the logic is for this. As I've stated before, the optics for this is really bad. As many has stated here, they could have raise it after 1st display home or early next year with better news etc. I'm not going to second guess why, Mike has also stated he doesn't has much expectation on this CR. Its whatever they get they will be happy about. The instos are a lot more confident in it. Retail shareholder is dismal, by my calculation, at about 2K retail sharholder we'll only need about 2.5K each for the 5mil raise. I believe its the timing of this raise plus the general economic conditions we are facing here. Overall, I hope, with 8.5Mil, plus cash in bank, I think FBR might be able to proceed with the Weinerberger JV in europe.
