Im east too, but your applying eastern construction to the west...and actually the rest of the world which isn't the case.
The only thing I agree with is that yes, it could potentially be used for commercial application also. Not sure about comparison to tilt panel though, gonna depend on engineering and getting the fire rating in the multi hour range rather than domestic 60 minutes.
