    I think binding agreements will all come down to speed. We know they can do internal walls that requires external face brick but we also know they are moving towards the larger bricks in the coming house/houses which won't require further manual brick laying.

    If we look at the third day video (800 bricks x5 in size completed going for 1000) and if the hx can demonstrate a consistent lay rate similar to day 3 with the 12x it is then that I believe the machine will sell itself. Simply because that will be a 3x2 home completed in a day, with one or two days and no manual handling brick work to follow they have truly reach a milestone of success that can bring in significant revenue for both FBR and partners.

    I could be wrong but as opinions go that's mine. I agree contracts being the priority but I also think the next few houses is what's required to have a chance.
