Unsuitable for 95% o f new blocks.Now all under 400sqm.
I just can't see any volume builder buying one.
Simmons,AV,Jennings,Henley etc,
are not builders.They are marketers that work on
purchase orders.Not one of them even has a warehouse.
They won't be changing their business model
to fit this.
Maybe suitable for some governments around the world
to provide cheap housing.
