Add another $130-150 per sqm
for face brick depending on cost of brick.
Defeats the purpose if you need bricklayers.
Should have put the wall on the outside and
rendered for $50 per sqm.
Build a frame attached to the blocks.
Would be cheaper for render,frame.
No need for top plate on the blocks to attach trusses.
Room for insulation,electrician plumber without extra chasing.
