Evening Dawg looks like the CR is getting closer imo will be interesting last time the couldn't even scratch together 5 mill of holders given the uncertainty around covid where is the back stepping up with funding to Go to the next stage ?
If the cash burn is 30 mill PA just for operational costs let's say they raise 5-10 mill of sophs and retail do the math.
Surely now they will need more R n D get an improved version out there learning from any pitfalls in the build
Whatever way you cut it given the cash burn given the funding needed to commercialize the machines it will be very long time to first profit over cap ex operational costs come
You can look at at as many pictures as you like unless they have 10 times at least the no of these machines out there how will they ever generate the $$$ over the cash burn to create substantial profit margins to.producde a.NPAT after tax ?
Where will the money come from my best guess is any big player simply think the nos don't stack up to take over
If they did they would have acted at .9 of a cent when by the day it was very close to first build this tells me there is some flaw why wouldn't have a big player in bricks or a builder not take them.out at a cent for nix?
The problem is the return v the cost from a build with the hideous operational cash burn on top there is no pathway to mass manufacture without that it's a neat little building company with a robot that stacks bricks in 10-20 years bricks as we know it will not be the way homes are built modular prefab 3 D concrete flat pack housing smaller homes smaller blocks dense high rise development in cities will rule
The days of the 4x 2’on suburban blocks over 600
Sqm are very very limited in duration now blocks are smaller requiring smaller machinery for access
The rise and rise of modular pre fab homes timber framed done in factories mechano set homes whole rooms finished in factories icon the rise in every state in America and Europe
Go look at niche building home displays in Perth look at the growth dawg in just a few years container homes from.china in flatpaks reason why brickies as a trade was in the way out way before hx came along
the world wants prefab more and more you watch the landscape change in Australia next ten years brick new homes will be less and less
