As mentioned by others, it bodes well when they state that there will be little SH dilution moving forward as the strategic partners will be putting in the capital to facilitate the commercialization of the HX's in their regions.
How this will occur and how this will affect the profitability of FBR is yet to be advised though...
This presentation is the most transparent FBR has ever been which leads me to believe that they are close.
