You may be onto something there.
From my experience with concrete masonry, FBR would be wise to focus their 'commercial' build around elevated FRL's and/or acoustic mitigation considering concrete masonry is generally the preferred method (whichever form that may take).
I'm fairly confident @jcurve is an engineer for one of the concrete masonry manufacturers (Austral, National, Adbri etc). If you're still around, do you have any thoughts regarding the 'optimal' commercial build that showcases the HX's ability along with the FWS?
