I am not sure if they are just dreaming. For me it's hard to imagine that wienerberger, xella, the mexicans etc would negotiate and work with FBR if it wouldn't be clear that WAAS will work. Wienerberger already offers prefabricated walls as a service. So I guess there are enterprises who give they word to buy in the locals waas companys as soon as it makes commercially sense to them.
So I think dreaming is a too hard judgment.
