Hey Adent,
My assumption is that the increase is due to a combination of one or more businesses/people that FBR are currently in talks with wanting to get in early.
1. The commencement of the 10 builds (announced as June/July) in which revenue per house will hopefully be established
2. Potential impending agreement with a developer/s or builder on the above and future projects for FBR Australia
3. Potential impending Agreement with Weinerberger similar to FBR Australia with BKW
3a. Potential agreement with an international builder/developer on future projects once BKW agreement has been finalized
I've been contemplating FBR's current situation and I am unsure how they can't inadvertently commit insider trading and/or impart confidential information to encourage these future deals with organizations when apparently, they are in a "rapid growth curve" towards commercialization.
If anyone has some insight into the above query, please let me know.
