Also... Without proof? That's a bit rich.

It's been over 2 months since they signed the Joint Venture with Brickworks and almost a month since they released the Corporate Presentation (which had little we didn't already know). Yet in the last 3 days, the Share Price has risen 1.5c or 20ish% because...? If a big developer/Builder or Insto believed in FBR and the HX based on the information provided in those announcements, would they not have started accumulating after either of the announcements were released...?
In short, why the sudden urge to accumulate now? With another 12 days left in July and with the knowledge that FBR doesn't generally meet their predicted deadlines, just a little odd.
