I'm not denying it may do, but there's no information currently released for us as retailer investors to undeniably confirm that. We also didn't get anything besides snippets of the Outdoor Build. To my knowledge, they haven't released information that suggests that the building was certified by an independent party like the indoor build.
At current, I compare FBR to a Biotech company in stage 3 clinical trials, without the consistent communication or updates that you expect from a Biotech company.
