Hey Dawg, I reckon that the WBR JV will happen but it won't happen til early next year.
We know FBR's 1st priority is the 10 houses to secure the performance shares, so they won't risk sending over a HX to Europe before that has been achieved, in case the one HX remaining breaks down.
Once 10 homes are built, they can send the HX over, which will be around October. Transport on a ship is at least a month, then by the time they get it up and running again in Europe it will be Nov/Dec, smack bang in a Euro winter which is want they have referred to as testing under European conditions.
Once it passes this test, then WBR will be satisfied that the HX will be able to roll out Waas in Europe and a JV will be signed, which puts it at March/April next year.
This leaves one HX working round the clock back in Oz for the summer.
So more time to wait, more patience required, but it will happen.
