Until the house is passed by council in the area in which it is built we won't know. FBR have been selectively secret in announcing which building standards it has tested is WaaS for.
Whatever the case we have five months left before the awarding of performance shares for the ten arms length house builds and I imagine they will be structures in which people are expecting to be able to live.
So either Australian Standards will be complied with or an application made for a new standard based on the performance of the WaaS technology versus the existing standards.
