Modular would have replaced laid bricks ages ago if it was going to, It costs more to insure and does not hold its value. There are problems with aircon too that laid bricks don't have. People don't really like it. I disagree totally with Hokey- but with respect too. He is mistaken right now. Not long ago he said it could if all goes well reach 50c. Obviously he thinks it's not going well. I disagree. The AI - machines teaching machines component in the announcement is heartening. Its the way forward and I have been investing in other AI stocks like IRE on this basis. So I have a choice- believe FBR or believe Hokey. I believe FBR (with respect that is Hokey). We have a disagreement here- you know more than me about investing Hokey but here I think you are wrong. I am predicting 38c by end of 2019.But of course that is not financial advice- just a prediction based on my own analysis as I am not EXPERT. Hokey still knows more than me but here I disagree with him.
