Good summary.
I do think that those hoping for a raise at a premium to the last 5 day average are not realistic. FBR need capital to ramp up operations now and its unlikely, not impossible, but unlikely that instos will participate at a premium. Itll highly likely be at a 5 day average. Hence my post a few days ago that something is brewing with those lowball crosstrades.
id be surprised if theyre raising anything less tha 20m$ this time around incl. options.
