I totally agree. The raise is either to CHR at 2.7c (integrated with the Demo JV) or to the general public/instos for a much higher value.
If not, FBR have made a major blunder. Hopefully any raise is for only a small amount to hopefully avoid too much dilution. I tell you what if the price opens even close to 2.7c it's going to be smacked hard by every man, woman, child, priest, hooker and their dog.
