Face brick point- fair enough, bit misleading though as the video of one of two builds has face brick in it, that seems more your opinion.

As a project manager I don’t think you would have been privy to the tender, you would most likely have been on another site as the tendered project would have been months away & out of your jurisdiction, before I started building for myself I project managed too.

For you to assume I haven’t laid a brick, block, sleeper or panel is a little unfair, I know what it takes, the shortage will be addressed with more money & therefore more trades, always has been, always will be.

I still enjoy being on site, built a retaining wall last week, laid the concrete sleepers myself too
