For me Reading between the lines, "in my opinion" is first WAAS in USA / EURO / MEXICO, then maybe Middle East due to cancellation of some projects in UAE, as everything there is being re-evaluated due to cost from the kingdom, and AU turned to be crap.
Then DST (WAAS will finance FBR and FBR will Finance DST) They do not need to do it now as their core business is the Hadrian X (as per original prospectus) and WAAS, anything else is bonus
