Pretty sure in the latest investor call Mike mentioned they had five slabs ready to go with the rest to come.
Therefore, more likely they are waiting on engineering report or waiting on completion of all 10.
Either way, I doubt FBR are sitting there twiddling their thumbs. They want this show to get on as much as the rest of us.
Not far off now I hope. Expecting big things in the next few weeks. Maybe even the next few days.
