Re the history of 12 month forward plans , obviously plans don't all come to fruition for various reasons.
Re Mikes comments orders in the pipeline , maybe true at the time , but again did not come to fruition , WHY?
I noticed that FBR have engaged with numerous builders at some stage over last 4 years.
