We all know the reason why they dont have contracts now: they dont have a finished product yet, thats why they dont have a production line, a maintenance system, insurances etc. There is no need to think they hide something big at this stage.
if they would sign a contract now, they couldn't deliver what lead to the ruin of the company. Also why should a builder sign a contract for a robot that hasn't been tested yet ?
