I'm really skeptical of anything Mike says these days without relevant announcements regarding. There was a time when I would have believed him at face value.
...if we will be building in Florida as soon as these machines are deployed then why is there still not a contract in place already?? We have already paid for them, why don't we know anything about our mystery partner? Seems like bad etiquette to build and deploy machines before agreeing on economics of the transaction.
