Mike did elaborate on why there have been no announcements.
Basically, they are in negotiation with multiple parties. They can't reveal their hand until they have signed something. Revealing anything before, weakens their negotiations.
I will reiterate that when the US Hadrians arrive, they will begin working immediately and will be profitable immediately. Who they are in partnership with etc is still not finalised.
