It might be a feasible way to build. I just find it odd that it wasn't ever mentioned. Being such a critical part of the Wall.
Its still an additional cost, a quick google search says to add 25% more cost to the slab for self levelling mortar. It also contains 80% silica and synthetic polymers, so works against FBR's ESG prerogative.
How can that be attractive to a spec home builder, when they have to add in these additional costs?
