You do know that an MOU can be amended right? Or terminated and a new one created based on the circumstances of one or both parties..?

Given that the KSA has shifted their expectations for the construction of the homes to 2030, I expect the current MOU that FBR have with them to be changed as well in the next 6 months. It's simply realistic business.

Regarding this announcement, most of the comments here are ridiculous and are blatant down ramping. Who exactly is being hired besides a CFO of FBR Australia to replace Flynn who has moved to the 'global' CFO position? This is pretty much just a corporate reshuffle so that certain members of senior management have more time to focus on their core tasks. That's a good thing, particularly when they've provided a great deal of emphasis on global expansion in this announcement.
