The SP is low because all the smart players know it is more than likely that a massive CR is coming, cant build robots on thoughts and prayers. Once that happens the SP plummets back to 5c, then skyrockets IMO
I would be very surprised if the announcement of the 10 houses pushed the SP up any more than 5-8% before retracing. A plan for commercialization is all shareholders care about now, and they have waited long enough....
