Yeah, I do agree their IP is the most vital and valuablepart of their business. I assume they would have invested a lot intoprotecting it. The theoretical fear is that someone steals theirIP and develops a machine. FBR takes them to court but their lawyerssuccessfully argue that for whatever reason their machine doesn't in factinfringe FBR’s IP, then they are free to continue on unimpeded. Still,it is more of a technical point rather than a real fear, I doubt FBR would besloppy with how they designed their IP or their choice of lawyers.
