Thanks - I'm saying both though (I don't really see the difference between your two options). Their IP (I'm assuming, haven't read it) relates to the real-time adjusments of a boom arm, not the HX machnie. Therefore, someone shoud be able to copy the HX machnie (phyical - this would be hard to protect) but not infringe IP. But if someone copied the HX or built another machnie which performed real-time adjustments of a boom arm that would infringe. Still, if they did so FBR would have to sue and win... (IP stealing can be obvious but still not win in court)
