not only expensive houses - poor lending practices, plus housing prices have been over cooked for ages.
not necessarily too bad for FBR either, Competition in the building space is going to tighten short term, in fact that could well be a huge blessing for FBR , traditional lines if thought dont apply here , due to the the Fact FBR are trying to disrupt - easier to disrupt a sector under stress than one that is robust and strong
