Interesting strategy ... might be FBR flexing it's muscles at Brickworks.. like "It's time to pi$$ or get off the pot".

Former CEO BRICKWORKS recently retired Lindsay Partridge was the glue with FBR and Brickworks for past 19 years. If he had his way ... BWK would be our JV partner in Australia and would have placed an order for 20 HX110'S already but he was overruled by the BWK board and lawyers ... who wanted builders to effectively sign up for all of their brick laying to be done by JV before we'd built the first commercial HX110 ... builders said build them first ... then they'd commit .... classic chicken or egg.

Plus BWK wanted at least one board seat in FBR not just the JV... even CRH doesn't get that ... sorry Brickworks you've got caught with your pants down ... as we'd say on Oz.
