If CAT take up the options, I doubt they will need a capital raise, at least not for a while. In any case, they have cash for about 3/4 of a year, so at the earliest they may do a raise in like March next year - plenty of news before then including build 1 being completed by then, so can’t imagine it will be at this price (whether it fails and drops significantly or more likely succeeds and goes up). So I doubt you’ll be seeing a CR at these prices, no need for it at the moment.
